Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
Your right to cancel
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back. As a goodwill extension, we accept change-of-mind returns for up to 30 days after delivery.
How to return
Please email us at enscan.korkmaz@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back. We will reply with the return address and instructions.
- Items should be returned unused where possible, with all parts and original packaging.
- For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return postage is paid by the customer.
- We may reduce a refund if the item has been handled more than is needed to check it works.
Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. We will cover return postage and offer a replacement or full refund.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item (or evidence that you have sent it). For faulty items we also refund the original delivery cost.
