Shipping Policy

Free UK delivery on all orders. We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).

Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery normally takes 3–5 business days. During busy periods (such as Black Friday and Christmas) delivery may take a little longer.

Tracking

You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Missing or delayed parcels

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of ordering, please email support@handhaven.co.uk with your order number and we will investigate and resolve it for you.

Wrong address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and before your order is dispatched.
